    第三次下厨

           以后每个双休日下厨作为常规项目,就不每次详写了。今天主要为了庆祝一下,继上周做蛋糕失败后,本周制作成功!
    烧的还是家常菜,不再重复,就讲讲两样东西:
           1、鸡丝香菇蛋花粥
           一块鸡脯肉(豆腐干大小),一个大香菇,一只鸡蛋,一小碗米,就可以烧老大一锅粥(大约可以盛6碗)。
           鸡脯肉和香菇切成丝,很细那种。米烧滚了才将鸡肉、香菇倒进去;再滚了才打蛋;然后加水再煮……
           粥越粘稠越好吃,所以要多煮些时间,还有咸淡的掌握是关键,我都是逐渐加盐,每加一次用调羹喝点试试咸淡的。
           2、电饭锅做蛋糕
           材料:鸡蛋5个,面粉1小碗(120克),白砂糖120克,黄油100克,牛奶60克
           打蛋清,每打5分钟加30克糖,加3次糖,打到全是白色的泡沫,没有液体为止(我这次是老公帮忙打的,所以快,如果按照我自己的力气,至少要打30分钟);
           将牛奶和剩下的砂糖放入蛋黄,搅匀;再加入80克黄油,搅匀;再加入面粉,搅匀(这个步骤只要5到10分钟);
           把蛋清蛋黄混合,打匀(5分钟左右);
           电饭锅预热一下,将剩余的20克黄油放进锅里,均匀涂在底部和四周(防止蛋糕焦的);
           把蛋清蛋黄混合液倒入锅中,按“煮饭”,大约5分钟就跳到“保温”,保温30分钟;再按“煮饭”……反复此程序3次。
           香喷喷的蛋糕就完成了,下次我打算加点葡萄干什么的,呵呵!
